1. Acceptance of Terms & Legal Agreement

Welcome to manageetha.in. These Terms of Service (referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise/farm entity) and Manaswini Enterprises & Geetha Enterprises (collectively operating as "ManaGeetha", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using our digital platform, placing orders for agricultural machinery, power weeders, rotavators, tillers, engines, tools, or spare parts, scheduling technician service visits, or registering for our ERP portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms, conditions, and notices contained herein.

If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the platform and must discontinue use immediately.

2. Authorized Business Scope & Agricultural Equipment Sales

ManaGeetha operates as an authorized wholesale & retail distributor for premium agricultural machinery, implements, and precision farm tools across India. Our catalog and services include:

• Shrachi Agricultural Machinery: Power Tillers, Power Weeders (7HP Diesel / 3HP Petrol), and Rotary Tiller attachments.
• Sonalika Machinery: Multi-Speed Heavy Duty Rotavators, Straw Reapers, and Field Implements.
• Bharat Balers: Round Balers, Square Balers, and Forage Harvesting Implements.
• Kirloskar Engines: Diesel Engines, High-Pressure Irrigation Water Pumpsets, and Generator Sets.
• Gaja Farm Tools: 5-Blade Chaff Cutters, Brush Cutters, Spray Pumps, and Earth Augers.
• Agri Drones & Precision Spraying: Multi-rotor Spraying Drones, Batteries, and Charger Systems.
• Genuine Spare Parts Stockist: Stocking original blades, gearboxes, belts, pumps, and knotter spares.
• Technician & Maintenance Support: Dispatching certified mobile service technicians for field repairs and servicing.

3. User Account Security & ERP Portal Usage

To access certain administrative features, place wholesale orders, view Delivery Challans (DC), or track sales accounts, users may be assigned credentials for our Staff & Dealer ERP Portal.

• Credential Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username, password, and access tokens. Any activity performed under your credentials will be deemed your sole legal responsibility.
• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information, including your GST Identification Number (GSTIN), business registration, and contact details.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify us immediately at info@manageetha.in of any suspected unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. Ordering, Quotations, Pricing & GST Tax Invoices

All product orders placed on manageetha.in or directly through our sales representatives are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

• Pricing & Taxes: All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) and include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly noted otherwise. Prices are subject to revision without prior notice due to manufacturer price changes or steel/raw material tariffs.
• Quotation Validity: Official wholesale price quotes issued to dealers or government schemes remain valid for the period stated on the written quote (typically 15 days).
• GST Tax Invoicing: Official GST tax invoices will be generated for every transaction, detailing SGST, CGST, and IGST breakdowns along with HSN/SAC codes. Farmers may utilize these official tax invoices for government machinery subsidy submissions.
• Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed only after we issue an official order receipt or dispatch confirmation containing the invoice/bill reference.

5. Payment Methods & Terms

ManaGeetha supports multiple payment methods to facilitate flexible transactions for farmers, retail buyers, and wholesale dealers:

• Online Electronic Payments: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Net Banking via PCI-DSS secured payment gateways.
• Direct Bank Transfers: IMPS, NEFT, or RTGS transfers directly to the designated bank accounts of Manaswini Enterprises or Geetha Enterprises.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) & Delivery Challan (DC) Terms:
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) or Part-Payment orders, the buyer agrees to pay the specified advance amount at order placement and settle the remaining balance upon machine delivery.
  • For Delivery Challan (DC) transactions, title to the machinery remains with Manaswini Enterprises / Geetha Enterprises until the total bill amount is paid in full.

6. Shipping, Transport & Delivery Policies

Heavy agricultural machinery and spare parts orders are transported via reliable logistics freight networks or company transport vehicles.

• Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout or order confirmation are approximate. Delivery timelines may vary based on transport logistics, weather, or regional road restrictions.
• Inspection Upon Receipt: The buyer or authorized representative must inspect the machinery and packaging upon delivery in the presence of the transport carrier agent. Any physical transit damage or missing components must be noted on the transport Delivery Receipt and reported to Customer Care (+91 94916 55550 / +91 97058 77888) within 24 hours.
• Freight Charges: Transit freight costs will be specified in the order billing summary.

7. Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy Integration

All product returns, replacements, order cancellations, and refunds are strictly governed by our official Return & Refund Policy.

8. Manufacturer Warranties & Mobile Technician Service

Machinery products sold by ManaGeetha are backed by official manufacturer warranties provided by original brand manufacturers (Shrachi, Sonalika, Kirloskar, Gaja, etc.).

• On-Field Technician Support: Our certified mobile technician service teams provide warranty repairs, engine tune-ups, blade replacements, and annual servicing at customer farm locations.
• Warranty Exclusions: Manufacturer warranties do not cover damage caused by unauthorized alterations, running engines without required motor oil/lubricants, operating machinery beyond rated capacity, accidents, or normal wear-and-tear of consumable blades/belts.

9. Intellectual Property & Software Development

All content, logos, graphics, brand names, product descriptions, photography, and text on manageetha.in are the intellectual property of Manaswini Enterprises and Geetha Enterprises.

The underlying Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, web application, database architecture, and digital interfaces are developed and maintained by Inspenox (https://inspenox.in). Unauthorized copying, scraping, reverse engineering, or reproduction of software code or brand material is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Manaswini Enterprises, Geetha Enterprises, and their developers (Inspenox) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Improper operation or misuse of agricultural machinery by untrained operators.
• Crop loss, agricultural yield variations, or weather disruptions.
• Delays in transport logistics caused by force majeure events, natural disasters, or road blockades.

11. Governing Law & Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements for sales or services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Any legal disputes, claims, or proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of manageetha.in shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
